- establish goals and desired outcomes
- obtain agreement on goals and approach
- Action:
- Carry out coaching activities
- Typically this will be face to face
- This may include implementation of tools or improvements, discussion of issues, observations etc
- Review:
- Assess results against desired outcomes
- Refine:
- Repeat, practise and fine tune as required
Coaching can be as formal or informal as you need.

Business coaching fees are based on an hourly rate of $150 plus gst.
Coaching is most effective when conducted over multiple sessions, so we offer:
- Ten sessions for $1300 plus gst
- Five sessions for $695 plus gst
Fees are payable in advance. Payment for ten sessions can be split.
