Traffic analysis and reporting
If you don't know how many people are coming to your site and what they are doing (or not doing) once they get there, you are missing a key piece of business intelligence.
Good information means good decision making.
We can:
- analyse current traffic and user behaviour to see how well the site is achieving your goals
- identify which areas of your site are working well and which are not
- setup a reporting framework so you can easily make informed decisions on an ongoing basis
Monthly website reporting
Each month we review your website statistics and report on what is happening.
This can be used to identify if and how you need to improve your site performance.
We will look at:
- Visitor numbers
- Traffic sources - search engines and referring sites
- What people are looking at
- Bounce rates
- Conversion rates
- Keywords and phrases
- Search ranking
Google Analytics is our preferred measurement tool but we can work with a number of reporting packages if required. If you don't have Google Analytics and your reporting package is not giving you the level of detail required we can set up Google Analytics on your website.
If you want to monitor your site yourself, or don't want to do it monthly, we can also conduct a one-off review of your statistics.
